Use of the Website and Services:

• You agree to use the Website and Services in accordance with the Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

• You agree not to use the Website or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• You agree not to interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Website and Services by other users.

Your Account:

• You may need to create an account in order to use certain Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

• You agree to keep your account information up-to-date.

• You agree to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Content:

• You agree that all content that you submit to the Website, including photos, videos, imagery, and the story of the deceased's life, is your original work and that you have the right to submit it to the Website.

• You are responsible for obtaining permission to use any images or video of other people submitted to be used in the film.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the video caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

• You grant Lasting Legacy a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and publicly display your content for the purposes of providing the Services.

• You understand that Lasting Legacy is not responsible for the content that you submit to the Website.

• Lasting Legacy reserves the right to refuse to produce a video if the content is inappropriate or offensive.

Pricing and Payment:

• The prices for Lasting Legacy's services are listed on the Website.

• You are required to pay for the Services in advance.

Delivery:

•  As we do not provide the engraving service in-house but subcontract it to a specialist, the process is dependent on the availability of the engraver and other factors beyond our control.

• Lasting Legacy will aim to deliver the memorial video to you within 3 weeks of receiving your payment and all necessary materials from you.

• The delivery time is an estimate and Lasting Legacy is not liable for any delays that are beyond its control. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.

Copyright:

• The copyright to the memorial video belongs to Lasting Legacy. However, you have the right to use the memorial video for personal purposes. You do not have the right to redistribute or sell the video.

Approval:

• The memorial video will be created based on the content provided and preferences selected by the client. Lasting Legacy will use its best efforts to create a video that meets the client's expectations, but cannot guarantee that the client will be satisfied with the final product.

Revisions:

• If the client is not satisfied with the final video, they may request one round of revisions at no additional cost. Depending on the package any further revisions will be subject to an additional fee. Lasting Legacy reserves the right to refuse to make revisions that are unreasonable or that would alter the integrity of the video.

Termination:

• Lasting Legacy may terminate your use of the Website and Services at any time for any reason.

• If Lasting Legacy terminates your use of the Website and Services, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Governing Law:

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales

• Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here
